On October 29th, 2012 Hurricane Sandy made landfall in New Jersey leaving thousands homeless and millions without power.
Two years later thousands of families are still displaced with no choice but to wade through red tape and bureaucracy in hopes of getting back on their feet. Again and again their stories seemed all too similar; no hope, no light at the end of the tunnel.
